Watch local democracy in action

We're committed to making democratic processes at Plymouth City Council as open and transparent as possible. To help us achieve this, we will be webcasting council meetings as they happen and making them available for watching later on our online archive.

The archived meetings will be available for six months. You can also view and download related meeting documents such as agendas and reports. Our future and recent webcasts are displayed on the right hand side of this page. To view a recent webcast, click on the title of the meeting.

What is a Webcast?

A webcast is a video recording of an event that is broadcast as it happens over the internet. You can watch the broadcast through any computer or mobile device that has access to the internet, so you can view the meetings from the comfort of your own home.

If you miss a meeting, or would like to view a section of the meeting again, you can watch the archive of the webcast. The videos contain index points so you to jump to a specific agenda point or speaker.

Look at our help pages to find out more about webcasting, how it works, and what you need to enjoy the service.
